Request for unlock apple id

subject: apple id unlock

hello! i am akhtar.. i have forgotton my apple id password,, i cant activate my phone. my activation apple id is ****. i cant access to my email provieded to it. i have tried to open with my birth date but still locked.. although my birth date is true as i entered before (14-01-1994) but unfortunately your system cant allow me to access on my id,,, so its humbly requested kindly unlock it
