Headphone Jack not detected after sleep mode

Model: Macbook Pro Retina Display 15" (2013 Early)

OS:10.14 Mojave

Headphone Jack not detected after sleep mode recently.

I tried to reset SMC and PRAM.

Input "sudo killall coreaudiod" in terminal

Delete Audio Driver Documents.

It also not working.

Hello and welcome to Apple Support Communities, wilwilson1995!

I see you're experiencing an issue where you're unable to get audio from the headphones port on your MacBook Pro. I'd be happy to provide information to help you out.

I found these steps in a similar thread: iMac headphone jack stopped working

"1. Restarting the computer; 2. Going to the folder "Applications" then System Preferences; 3. Plugging my headphone jack securely whereupon "Headphones" magically appeared under device for sound under "Output"; 4. I then noticed the "Mute" button was on (on the Output volume bar), so I unmuted and sound blissfully arrived through my headphones. "

I hope this helps you too.

Have a great day!
