MBP 2018 - Daisy Chain Thunderbolt Display

I recently upgraded from a 2017 MBP 13 inch to the current 2018 MPB 13 inch mainly for the better CPU. In Mac OS everything works fine and I managed to get Bootcamp running pretty well for my usecase. But this one issue I could not solve:

Daisy chaining two Apple Thunderbolt Displays with a single connection to the MBP (TB3 to TB2 Adpater) in Windows. I tried different Windows builds, different drivers with no luck. Once I connect the daisy chained displays the screens flicker for a few seconds and then stay black with only the internal display working. Connecting one display also works fine so maybe the solution is to use 2 dedicated adapter connections which I try to avoid but ordered another adapter for testing.

In MacOS the daisy chain works out of the box. Also on my MBP 2017 daisy chaining works fine in Win and Mac.

So there seems to be an issue with the new hardware (maybe T2 chip) or the driver implementation.

Anyone else experience this?

Thanks in advance

I just received the second TB3 to TB2 adapter. With this setup I can drive both Thunderolt Displays so it seems, that the T2 is blocking daisy chaining in Bootcamp.

Hopefully Apple will fix this pretty soon.
