Prorated refund for a subscription.

Hi,

I've subscribed to PGA Tour Live annually on last September and they are discontinuing the service. I have still 8 months worth of subscription left, and their customer support says Apple is supposed to have refunded by Jan 2. 2019.

Apple users should have received a pro-rated refund from Apple on Jan. 1st or 2nd for any remaining entitlement they had.  We’re confirming with Apple that these refunds were processed correctly to make sure all of our customers are compensated.  To check the status of a refund, users can call Apple Support at 1-800-275-2273 or submit a claim at reportaproblem.apple.com.

I am not certain this is actually happened. Is there a way to check the balance history? I checked my Apple purchase history, but it doesn't seem to show up there.


Any help would be appreciated.
