Screen Cleaning Cloths

Looking for cleaning cloths comparable to the cleaning cloths that were included with the original iPads. I found several microfiber cleaning cloths on Amazon and am wondering if they are safe to use on the current iPad / iPhone screens. Appreciate any recommendations.

Any tight weave microfiber cloth should be OK. Also an optical quality paper wipe (such as Kimwipes) would be fine, or a camera lens cleaning wipe.
