itunes pop up window to sign in keeps opening, can't access my iTunes

I've reset my password on my devices trying to get this window to disappear. I haven't been able to access my iTunes on my desktop. I'd like my iPhone 7 and my iMac (iCloud-itunes) to work with one password. I've tried to figure it out....afraid i'll screw things up...HELP
