Itunes store is unable to process purchases

I just increased my visa balance in a bid to pay pending purchases. I have enough on my account balance to settle those purchases bug anytime I update payment details, I get the iTunes is unable to process purchases pop up coupled with numerous can't update payment information error messages.

Payment method declined Hi, I’m from India trying to add a payment method to iTunes. But my payment method is getting declined, I’m using VISA card as my payment option. The message says “unable to process purchases at this time”. I tried using a different card and the message was “please enter valid payment method information”, and that was also a valid VISA card.

' Your Purchase Could not be Completed!! ' Everytime i wanted to add founds on my apple store acc it shows up a message to message " Your purchase could not be completed' contact itunes store support to complete this transaction" and having problems for buying games credit from my money on apple i use visa connect with my apple id... please can help :)
