Apple watch series 4 cellular is making a weird noise

My apple watch series 4 cellular aluminium is making a weird noise when the screen is on. The sound is not loud, but if you hear close to the ear, it is very annoying. It sounds like some of the electric components are having issues. The watch works just fine, and I have had it for 2 weeks.

I have tried turning the watch of: then the sound is gone. But the sound is still there on flightmode, and with and without walkie talkie on.

Anyone who know how I could fix this?
