Changing account to child account

for some reason it will not let me change my daughters account to a child account . After I change it in her Apple ID page it says it will be sending me an email for consent. I never get an email.

Now I am trying to set up a family sharing but my son looks like an adult. When he tried to change his birthday information within “apple settings” the system said it is sending an e-mail (to me) in order to authorize that change. I did receive the email explaining the situation about the change within my son’s account. Then, the email says “To approve this change, click Approve Request and sign in with your Apple ID” Within the same email there is no chance to do it, neither I haven’t received any message on my device to approve it. could somebody advise me on how to solve this issue? Cannot unlock my childs account Hello Recently I changed the email used as my Apple ID. I then found out that the family sharing account of my son is locked for security reasons. When trying to unlock it, the unlock link is sent to the old email I used, which I cannot access anymore. Any ideas? Thanks in advance, S

Or fill out and submit this form. The form is for iTunes, but it will get passed to the ID Support section.
