I’ve been having trouble sending gifs through texts and iMessage for a really long time now. When I choose the gif I want I get a pop up saying that the gif could not share and internet connection is offline. My network is always fine and my wifi connection is always fine when I’m trying to send gifs. What is the problem?

Yes I’m sure. The picture I attached shows my network signal above and I’m currently using my iPhone safari. My network is fine and when I connect to wifi it’s the same problem even though surfing the web isn’t problematic.
Also...some gifs work but the majority don’t. When I try searching I can see some results but they also don’t work. And most results that appear seem to b blank as if it trying to load.
