Can’t update any apps or get any

It keeps saying billing needs to be updated but I don’t have a card to put on it and it isn’t not leading me have apps

MacBook Air (2018 or later)

You will have to provide a billing method in your iTunes account. See this Apple article-->Payment methods that you can use with your Apple ID - Apple Support
