i cant find the Sim Application option under sim pin option in mobile data settings...i have updated to ios 12.1 and i know the place of sim Application has been changed...but i could not find it under mobile data settings..please help ..i want to disable flash messages ....from INDIA

I do not understand two things on the image that you have posted
Mobile Data Options is Blank, Either you have - Roaming ON / Roaming Off
Carrier Services in Blue Color
Have you edited them?
