Notification Banners in Mac OS


How to close or stop “Upgrade to MacOS Mojave” Notification Banners in Mac OS without first having to open by clicking on "Details"?

Thank you for your answer. I already followed instructions received earlier from BDAqua. My only concern is that my action may have stopped not only “Upgrade to MacOS Mojave” notifications but future notifications that I may need, e.g. future updates to High Sierra 10.13.6 and security updates; or that if affected "Updates" info in Apple Store.

the easiest and only sure way to stop Mac OS notifications is to download the installer. When download is finished, do not install. Instead, make sure the installer is in your Applications folder - just leave it there. The app store background processchecks your hard drive to see what you have and what it can offer you. It will see the installer and stop nagging you.
