Bootcamp fail

Hello everyone, i have a problem, i recently purchased a mac mini 2018 and tried to install windows 10 to bootcamp.Well it all went well until i got a reboot after making a partition to the disk and the mac was at a blank screen. after some reboots i did it showed no disk is inserted please insert one and press any key. well i tried opening boot manager from the combination of keys option and R but i use a windowwboard so it doesnt work? well and the mac doesnt recognise the flash drive for some reason! please help me

Edit: i use a remote gaming keyboard

I pressed the alt button right after waiting for three seconds and I opened back to macintoshHD and used some commands I found online to erase the files in the partition and opens bootcamp and I merged it in mackintoshHD
