Epson WP-4530 Printer won't print wirelessly after installing Mojave

Upgrading from Yosemite to Mojave, my Epson WP-4530 stopped printing wirelessly. When I try to print I get "Communications Error" and "Printing - Looking for Printer" messages. Surprisingly, I can scan wirelessly from the same printer without a problem, so there is obviously communications going on. I've installed and tried the Epson driver on their website, without success, after installing the driver from the Epson website, Apple updates tells me there is an Epson driver update. When I install it, I still have no success.

Short of doing a completely new install, does anyone have any suggestions? When I revert to Yosemite the printer runs just fine.
