Can’t Load My Purchased History

Hi!

I’m having some trouble with my Purchased Apps history.

I go into Settings > iTunes and App Store > Apole ID: ... > View Apple ID > Purchase History.

And now, every time I try to load my purchase history, I have to put on my password. After 5 minutes of “loading purchase history” the same pop-up appears to put on my password. I’ve tried this for many many times. And there is nothing wrong with my password because I can login into my Apple ID with no issues.

Does any one know why is this happening? And how can I resolve this issue?
