iPhone XS Max Smart Battery Case issue

I have had my smart battery case for 3 days now and can not get it to charge above 77%. I have tried everything the support page says. I have tried multiple charging configurations with OEM Apple cables and plugs and Mfi cables and plugs. Nothing works. I have even charged it with a usb-c to lightning cable and usb-c MacBook charging block. Does anyone have and solutions, or ideas to correct this?

Greetings, kitchiv.

I see that you're unable to charge your iPhone completely using your Smart Battery case. It doesn't go above 77%, and I'm happy to help.

Charge your iPhone with your Smart Battery Case -- This article provides the information and steps that you need. Scroll down to the section titled "Get help".

Apple - Support - Product Selection — If the issue persists, please contact Apple Support. After selecting this link, choose Battery and Charging > The topic is not listed. Type "Case" in the search field and select "iPhone won't charge with Smart Battery Case". Then select the method you'd like to speak to them with.

Take care!
