My account setup in apple is not sharing any payment with my family only for the cloud
You changed me $8.55 for my
daughters game app (piano) on her device (black iPhone 6)
and the charges were taken from my removed credit card!?

We are fellow users, these are user forums, nobody on here has charged you for anything.
When was the card removed, and from whose account ?
If you are using Family Share her purchases (unless she has a balance on her account) will be charged to your card (assuming you are the Family Share organiser). If you are not using Family Share but she has your card on her account (and if she doesn't have a balance on her account) the card on her account will be charged.
The sharing purchases setting only means allowing other members in the Share to download your account's purchases, it has nothing to do with paying for other people's purchases (that cannot be changed, except by leaving/disbanding the Family Share)

I'm using family sharing only for cloud storage
not for the iTunes
she didn’t has my credit card neither balance
when i did her phone setup I didn’t add my card
I replace my card before she updated her game app
Even if organizers stop sharing purchases ?!
This shouldn’t be device is on unconscious children’s hand while we can’t let them use their phones without sharing
I’m calling apple support to stop this gap
No idea what 'this shouldn't be device is on unconscious children's hand' is supposed to mean.
If you don't want a child buying things without permission you should have enabled 'ask to buy' on their account : Request and make purchases with Ask to Buy - Apple Support
Or change the settings on the device so that purchases can't be done
If you are using Family Share, is the account that she is using in the Share ? If it is, and if she didn't have a balance on her own account, the card on the organiser's account will be used.
