Outlook 365 Sync Issues with iPad Pro

I have a new iPad Pro and an iPhone 8. Both devices have the current operating software (iOS 12.1.3). I restored my iPad from the last iCloud backup for my iPhone. All of the apps are there and my other info, but no email, contacts or calendar. My phone and PC seem to "communicate" ok, but not my iPad. Any ideas? Thank you.

I had some issues reinstalling, got locked out, etc., but turns out THAT was a Microsoft problem. Your solution was spot on and once I figured out Microsoft and reinstalled email on my iPad, it worked like a charm. You are the best. Thank you!!

No on your ipad.


First when you check your mail on your ipad, do you get an error message or just no mail shows up? If you look at the very bottom of the inbox, do you see error account details?


If so, go to settings - account and password - account - said mail account - accounts and see if you can enter a password.


If you don't see an option - then delete the account and re-add it again.
