Can I backup my phone over cellular data

So I pay for unlimited data family through AT&T (30GB high speed guaranteed and anything above and beyond runs the risk of being ‘throttled’ down to 256K whenever the cell tower you’re connected to is over populated with users). The others on my family plan do not even use one GB of data combined, meanwhile, I on the other hand chomp through the 30GBs well within the first week of a new billing cycle... Surprisingly. I don’t ever experience my 4G LTE speed being ‘throttled.’ Well maybe once a month for about 30 seconds. Blah, blah, blah...!

CAN I SERIOUSLY NOT BACKUP MY iPHONE WITHOUT BEING CONNECTED TO WIFI?!!??!!!

• It doesn’t use that much data to begin with, so what’s the issue in backing up my iPhone 8 over the 4G or 3G or ANY network if we are paying for the data? ... This honestly boggles my mind ..

Below is my typical data usage, reflecting about 3 weeks into a billing cycle:

I use my i8’s hotspot so I can play Netflix on my other phone, while I’m playing games like CSR2 or maybe some PUBG on my i8.

.... but backing your iPhone up to iCloud without WiFi is where you draw the line APPLE & AT&T??? Huhhh!??
