Can't play songs on Apple Music

I can't play songs in my labrary even after signing in to iTunes. I get an error message saying that I'm not signed in to Apple Music. How do I solve this? Thank you.

I understand that you are not able to play music from your library, instead you are getting a message that you are not signed into Apple Music. The following support article will walk you through turning on iCloud Music Library and signing into Apple Music.

Thank you for trying that article. Since that didn't work, I would recommend the following article for troubleshooting:


Get help with iCloud Music Library


For your issue, the first section, "iCloud Music Library won't respond or times out" would be the section you want to look at.


If that doesn't help, then there is a link to contact Apple Support directly in the "Get more help" section at the bottom.
