Update Apple ID

Hi,

I’m with some problems to update my Apple ID. When I tried to update, it shows me an email that is not mine. Could someone help me please!

Is the account logged in anywhere on the phone (your screenshot has Settings > Messages on it) ? How did you set up the phone, did you restore to a backup that was logged into that account anywhere or had content from that account in it ?

It keeps showing this information, but the Apple ID (E-Mail) that shows its not mine.

I’m the first and only owner of my phone. My Apple ID it’s right, but it keeps sending this message with the wrong email informed.

What are you trying to update ? If you mean you are trying to download an update for an app the id that shows will be the id that downloaded the app, if you want the app linked to a different account delete it and buy and download it on the new account
