Motherboard Issue

Hey guys this is pathetic when an IPhone’s motherboard gets an issue and simple answer replace by paying the new mobile phone. So, don’t know what to say?????

I would like to acknowledge you that I got 2 Apple Phones, 1. IPhone 6S 64gb & 2. IPhone 5 64gb

Both phones are having mother board issues. Can you please suggest me what to do in this case as do not want to pay actual phone prices to get this restart?

I am helpless right now to understand that how can be such quality phones get such messed up situation.

IPhone 6S got replaced with In a year and now in 2nd year I got mother board issue. 

IPhone 5 got replaced in 2nd year due to 2 year warranty plan and now in 3rd year got mother board problem, so it’s not lying under warranty program. In this situation what should I do?
