Apple Music - Genius Error 4010

Apple Music has started giving me a "4010" error when I try to update Genius on my MacBook Pro (Retina, Mid 2015, running MacOS Mojave Version 10.14.2). I got Apple Music on December 31st, 2018, and since then have been accumulating more music in my library. I have 2,258 songs all stored in iCloud on my MacBook (the device this query is concerning). When I try to update Genius, it keeps loading until it eventually fails and gives me an error. The error looks like:

Genius results can’t be updated right now. An unknown error occurred (4010).

Please try again later.

This window will close in 30 seconds.

This has happened a few times in the past, but it has always sorted itself out after some time. By that, I mean that after I intentionally neglect to update Genius for a while following one of these errors, the issue fixes itself, but this time, that isn't the case. I regularly update Genius, so I'm sure that the reason isn't that Genius is inundated with information and can't process all of it. My music library isn't all that big either, so I don't think it's because of the size of my music collection. To try and solve this, I've tried:

  • Restarting Genius
  • Deleting the iTunes Library Genius.itdb file
  • Turning off iCloud music library on my MacBook
  • Restarting my MacBook
  • Quitting and restarting iTunes
  • Leaving the issue alone and waiting for it to solve itself out

The version of iTunes I'm running on my MacBook is version 12.9.2.5.

Any help or insight would be appreciated!
