The speed test said it will be able to stream multiple hd videos, however whenever i try to watch videos, there would be constant buffering. My laptop when using the same wifi can load extremely fast.

If you are using Safari. Remove history and website data
Settings > Safari > Clear > history and website data
Also remove opened website on Safari (See the Pic below)
Open Safari > Click on Tab icon (Bottom Right Side icon)
