Powerbeats3 almost will never work

Power button seems dead. No light when I push the button, no light when I charge the headphone. They will not turn on either. The volume button does work. I can press it once and get a light, I can hold it down and get red and white alternating lights, and after holding down even longer I get a repeated blinking white light. I can even connect the phone's bluethooth, if only for a moment.

Downloaded the beats updater. Was only able to connect while holding the volume button the entire time. Software is up to date, and showed almost a full battery.

Twice in the last ten days I've turned on the Beats and they worked perfectly.

I've tried all sorts of combinations with the power and volume button together and holding each one down for various amounts of time.

No luck, Any ideas?

Make an appointment at the Apple Genius Bar for service. If you need to find an Apple Store - Find a Store - Apple. Also, see How to find your nearest Apple Authorized Service Provider (AASP) or Distributor (AAD)
