login to iTunes fail

At some point i must of logged into my work iTunes account from my personal laptop - now when i try to log into my personal iTunes account - it auto fills my work email and won't let me change ..........?

Use iTunes' menu to do:

Account > Sign Out

Followed by

Account > Sign In

I am unable to log into my iTunes account with my Apple ID and password on my Mac but my Apple ID and password work on all my other devices and accounts. I recently changed my Apple ID and since changing it I was able to log back into all of my accounts on all of apple devices except for my iTunes account on my Mac book. I have entered the same information that was used to get me into my other accounts and had no problems, I seem to only have this issue with iTunes on my MacBook. Any suggestions to fix this would greatly be appreciated given that the sign in will not close and repeatedly keeps popping up on my screen.

Can’t download iTunes on new computer I have had an iTunes account for many years, using my work email address. I’m a music teacher and store and purchase a lot of music for work using this ID. I recently had my old work computer replaced with a new one but am unable to download my iTunes account to my new computer. When I enter my ID, it tells me that I can’t use a work email for my account user name. I have been using this account for 6 years. How can I access my account and download it to my new computer?
