enable a cookie exception in safari

I have enabled cookies, but a lot of features/apps won't work. I get a message to enable a cookie exception in safari but the link given doesn't work. I'm accruing charges monthly because of this

Safari 12?

Safari > Preferences > Privacy > Website tracking:

Disable "Prevent cross site tracking" and ask website not to track me.



Safari > Preferences > Websites

Visit the website,

  1. "Allow content blockers", turn it off.
  2. Pop-up windows, choose "Allow".
