Apple Music subscription

Hie, i have been on Apple Music for a while but using the individual subscription, now I upgraded to family but the payment wasn’t done from my card.. now apple music keeps telling me that they’re having billing problems but my subscription is paid for under family package.. what do i do..

Manage your Apple Music membership - Apple Support - https://support.apple.com/HT204939


"Learn how to change from an Individual membership to a Family membership, turn off automatic renewal, or join Apple Music later." Turn off automatic renewal and your membership will finish at the end of the current subscription period.
