Bootcamp Assistant crashes after clicking 'Continue'

Hi everyone,

I've been having some problems with Bootcamp Assistant on Mojave (Macbook Pro, Late 2013 - 10.14.3). Whenever I launch BCA and click 'Continue' the application crashes and I can't do anything.

I've seen this asked a few times, but am worried trying some of these fixes might damaged something. Here's a screenshot from disk utility, not sure if it'll help with anything.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

MacBook Pro, 10.11

No idea, must have happened when I reformatted my Mac a couple months ago.
