Hi everyone,
I've been having some problems with Bootcamp Assistant on Mojave (Macbook Pro, Late 2013 - 10.14.3). Whenever I launch BCA and click 'Continue' the application crashes and I can't do anything.
I've seen this asked a few times, but am worried trying some of these fixes might damaged something. Here's a screenshot from disk utility, not sure if it'll help with anything.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

How did you get two Containers on the Mac?
Run
diskutil apfs deleteContainer 7B8F4633-EF86-49AB-8A07-61B855B72C9D
diskutil list
before we go further.
Do you have a Time Machine backup of macOS and your files?
Files are backed up separately on another hard drive but no time machine backup. Shall I create one before running those prompts, or after?
It is safer to back up before you run these commands.
