GarageBand lesson store is temporarily unavailable

I teach music online with multiple iMac's in various schools around my province. We were going to take advantage of the free piano lessons in garageband, but some of the computers show this message " The lesson store is temporarily unavailable ". Some computers in the same room work while others get this message... any idea how to fix this? Is it an iCloud, App store account issue?
