Bluetooth problem

Hello I do have problem with Bluetooth keyboard and mouse on iMac with High Sierra.

I tried everything, the only suggestion that work if I reset NRAM, but it doesn't really fix the problem because if I restart iMac doesn't find any Bluetooth device that is painful.

Any suggestion?

iMac 21.5", 10.13

To find out if it's system wide or user specific, try this...


Open System Preferences>Users & Groups, unlock the lock, click on the little plus icon, make a new admin account, log out & into the new account.


Does it work in the new account?
