iPhone 6 Plus screen keeps going black

Hi I’m trying to find out why my screen keeps randomly going black. It goes black but is still lit like it’s on but just black. It come back on if I lock and unlock my device but will just happen again either immediately or in a few minutes. What’s the issue and is there anyway of solving it ?

screen goes black randomly i just bought a second hand phone from a cellular repair shop and it has been working great except for the fact that the screen randomly goes black but the phone is still on. I click the side button and can hear it turn on and off but I can’t see the screen after a few minutes the screen will turn on again. Can anyone help? I have the Iphone XSMax . Anyone having similar problems?

That's likely a hardware issue. You should make an Apple store appointment.
