Clear won't sync with iCloud Drive anymore

Hi there,

For about a week now, I am having this error both on iOS and Mac with the app Clear :

Since then I have tried to :

Disable/re-enable iCloud Drive (both devices)
Sign out from iCloud (both devices) and re-sign in
Desperately wait for a divine intervention

It turns out nothing worked. For information, both devices are up to dates :

macOS 10.14.3
iOS 12.1.4

Everything worked well between mobile and computer, syncing was sometimes slow but always effective. I don't see what could have cause this issue beside an os update, since the Apple's System Status seem to be okay.

Can please anyone help?
