After the latest updates, I completely lost my notes that were stored in my iPhone. The iCloud folders are there, but the iPhone folders are all gone. I tried searching “recently deleted” but that didn’t work. Any suggestions?

Unless you have a backup of your iOS Device with those missing notes include and you can restore your device from that backup, those notes are gone and would need to be manually recreated.
