Hi there I have been away from home for a few weeks and came home and tried to play my Apple Music on my HomePod but the music won’t play. Siri says she will play mt request then nothing happens. Its all connected and I checked I’ve paid my January Apple Music account can you tell me why it won’t work?
You can unplug the HomePod and plug it in again. This will sometimes fix any network access issues that stop it working properly. Failing that see Reset HomePod - Apple Support and set it up again.
