I’m receiving voicemail several hours after missed calls

I missed several calls today and checked for voicemail after each one. There was no notification for voicemail, just the missed calls. 6 hours later I received 5 voicemails, all corresponding with the previous missed calls.

I have been looking at my phone when a call is made to my number and a call notification immediately pops up that I have a missed call but my phone is not ringing. I am not on airplane mode, I do not have ‘do not disturb’ on and the numbers that are calling me are not on the blocked numbers list. Focus time is not turned on. I have even changed my ringtone and checked caller settings. I have cleared the cookies on my phone and did a power cycle. My bill with my carrier is paid. I am at a loss. Delayed Voicemails I have a iPhone Pro Max 13. For a few months now, I have not been receiving my voicemails until hours after the person left the message - REC"D message 2:27 PM - showed up in VOICEMAIL @ 6:10 PM. Does anyone know how to fix this? Please?! thank you

iPhone 12 Pro My iPhone 12 Pro either rings once or not at all and then goes to voicemail. The calls show up as missed in my recents. I’ve done all the suggestions I could find on the internet. Help!

Excuse my ignorance, but I have 4 bars in my home because of a network extender that Verizon sent me to help with coverage. Is that cellular data?
