conect to itunes iphone disabled iphone 5s forgot screen lock password

hello there. i have a big ploblem . i forgot my iphone 5s unlock screen password..but after few try i remembered. the iphone say connect to itunes iphone disabled. connect to itunes. when i connect to pc..to itunnes and i have do hard resset is take the 2.83 GB software update ( i try restore , i try update) is the same problem and result.. :( .
