where too download Apple Mobile Device Service file so I can reinstall it back in Window 10

I am trying too find out where and how I can locate the Apple Mobile Device file and redownload iTunes. I have seen files where too restart it but I need too download it first.

Apple Mobile Device Service not installed The Apple Mobile Device Service is not running or installed on my Win 10 laptop after installing iTunes through the Microsoft Store. It was working last week, but I uninstalled and reinstalled to try to fix another problem. Since then AMDS is missing. Apple seems to have no procedure for reinstalling it besides reinstalling iTunes, which doesn't work (tried half a dozen times). I even tried a system restore to prior to the uninstall/reinstall. Still nothing. Please help me figure this out.

Where can I find Apple mobile to download for Mac please? I think this is why I cannot connect my ipad or ipod. Thanx

Missing Apple Mobile Device Service on my Windows 10 PC. I am running iTunes version 12.10.2.3 and am unable to download pictures from my iPhone 8 to my PC. It always worked until about a year ago (probably less). I went on a trouble shoot page and it said to open Services.msc. In Services, I have neither Apple Mobile Device Service nor AMDS. I do have "AMD External Events Utility". But no idea if it is what I want or what to do with it. Any ideas?
