Not Charging. Thunder Bolt sign in Battery not appear while connected to charger

Dear All,

last night i accidentally dropped my iPhone XS Max on the floor from the height of 1.5 foot (i was sitting in a coach and phone fell from my pocket) . that time i had charge in my phone around 50% and this suddenly dropped to 0%.

it's keep on restarting. if i connect to charger i hear that connecting sound but it does not charging even that Thunder Bolt sign not appears in the battery. it's shows 0% remains.

I bought it in Qatar from a Carrefour store and still 8 months warranty remains.

Kindly help me in this issue. and explain how this can happen to a most expensive mobile in the world. i am so disappointed.

Thanks.

We can't diagnose that issue remotely, sorry.

You can try the troubleshooting steps provided in this support guide:

If your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch won't charge - Apple Support

If you get no help, it could be a hardware failure or a faulty contact due to the fall of your device. Make an appointment at an Apple Store or Authorized Service Provider and have your XS Max inspected:
