iMessage problem

I've received two message, vs my iPhone number, but I see it only on my Mac: nothing message and nothing nothing notification on Iphone message app.

How is it possible ?

What should I do to sync my devices and not lose any message ?

It's my understanding that you want to sync your devices for messages without losing any. Check out iCloud Messages using this article which may help you sync your messages: Keep all your messages in iCloud
