PhotoScape X Error (Code: #14.1.12)

I am unable to save any projects. I have tried everything (including uninstalling and reinstalling, making sure I was up-to-date, deleting all other software on my MacBook Pro except PhotoSacpe X and Chrome, using Apple Diagnostics, resetting my SMC, etc.).


I have emailed support and haven't heard back yet.



Does anyone else have this problem? Anyone able to shed some light on this?


Didn't start until after I upgraded recently.

MacBook Pro 13", macOS 10.14

I am not familiar with this product, so I don't have an answer for you except to say that it does not seem to be compatible (which it is supposedly) or your machine specs cannot handle the app's requirements (I am referring to ARM and the processor) considering you also use Chrome which is a known resource hog, but while reading your post, something else caught my attention. What exactly did you delete? It is not a good idea to delete apps that are part of the OS.
