No sound coming from Mic (Audio Technica AT2020) XLR plugged into Universal Audio Arrow Interface

Everything is brand-new- I just bought a Universal Audio Arrow Interface, an Audio Technica AT2020 XLR mic, mic cables, and Yamaha studio headphones. My MBP is a 2018, Mojave MacOS, nothing on the hard drive but Logic Pro X.

I set up the Arrow, downloaded the software, walked through the registration and setup including the piece of about privacy and security that seems to be the answer for others. Logic Pro X is reading the Arrow no problem. I plugged in the AT2020 with the XLR cable, made sure the 48V phantom power is on and running to power the Mic, headphones are plugged in, opened up a new project, but I can't hear any sound when I speak in the Mic. I troubleshooted for about 2 hours with YouTube and friends who are musicians using Logic Pro in their sessions.

We looked through all I/O, made sure all the correct buttons are turned on, "enable all" is selected in the advanced window for Logic Pro preferences, Recording File Type is Wave (BWF) under the preferences, tried to close/open the UA console app, arrow is selected as the input and output device in Mac System Preferences as well, Logic Preferences>Audio> software monitoring is on and we unchecked.

Any help would be awesome. I am going to go my local Guitar Center tonight and see if some of their guys can figure it out. If not, I'm at a loss. Universal Audio support is only open M-F 9am-1pm and I work and Apple Support doesn't support Logic Pro...

Sounds like everything is set up correctly, just to double-check you've gone through all the procedures on this page?

Does the UA-Arrow install a software applet, like a mixer or setup console?

Created an Audio track and record enabled (red R) the track, made sure you've selected the correct number input in the channel strip.

I suspect that the problem may be in the console settings, but since I don't have the hardware I can't check.

In Logic make sure the Low Latency setting isn't enabled. That's in Logic's Preferences/Audio/ the "General" tab.

Only Software Monitoring is enabled. Input Monitoring.... and Independent Monitoring.... are not selected.

Here's the settings I used in Devices.
