Issue After Updating AMD Graphics Driver on Bootcamp

I updated my Radeon Pro driver according to the instructions on Update AMD graphics drivers for Windows in Boot Camp - Apple Support and am now getting an error that the AMD software cannot identify my AMD GPU. I am also getting an error when I try to install the AMD Radeon Settings Lite App.

From the link you posted,

"* If you have MacBook Pro (15-inch, 2018) with Radeon Pro Vega graphics, the latest AMD driver package is installed when you install Windows using Boot Camp. At this time, this MacBook Pro model doesn't require the update process detailed on this page."

You have corrupted the existing driver. If you did not create a Windows System Restore point prior to the upgrade, you will need to re-install the original driver. When booted in macOS, run BC Assistant -> Action -> Download to a USB flash drive, switch to Windows and run setup.exe in Bootcamp folder from the USB.
