When I Googled your problem I found that others have reported similar problems over the past several years, and no one has had a good answer other than to contact Apple, which I know from your post may not help you. You could try contacting Apple Support using their chat service. If it was me, I would consider purchasing a new watch. I share Branta's comments regarding using a non-authorized dealer.

There is no way we can diagnose your watch from an online photo, but we can accept your observation that it doesn’t work. Unfortunately the fault could be almost anything inside the watch, from the display and logic board on the front face all the way back to the battery. I suggest you approach the local fixer’s diagnosis with great caution because there is no real way to determine until it is fixed. In fact watch repairs are almost impossible and for most “repairs” Apple normally provides a service exchange watch, they don’t repair watches and return the same device to the original owner.

Point your browser at Contact Apple Support and see what service options are available to you. Apple doesn’t have any approved third party watch repair centers and even within Apple Stores almost all watch hardware problems are shipped out to a specialist central workshop so I would not hold much hope for a successful unofficial repair.

It looks like Apple does not have any official support and service in Pakistan. Your nearest source of help (by distance) would be India, but I appreciate that is not an easy solution with current international issues. Unfortunately Apple’s service centers do not handle international shipping for mail service so wherever your watch goes for inspection or repair you would need somewhere with a local address, which means either you need to travel yourself, or looking for a trusted friend in a country where Apple has service.
