Just downloaded new chase app by Finn and can’t type certain characters

I have downloaded the new chase app by Finn. I can’t even get my chase username in because when I try to type .com it will not type the .

Very frustrating. I have deleted and reloaded twice also restarted the iPad. The . works fine on email, it’s just the chase app.

Anyone have a fix for this ?

If I understand correctly, you must open a Finn account. You can't use your existing Chase account to sign in to Finn.
