I dropped my iPhone 6s Plus in a snow bank and I didn’t find it for an hour. When I turned it back on, everything was fine except the speaker won’t play music or sound. I thought it was broken but it will still play ring tones normally if I set an alarm but no other sound works. Is there any way to fix it?

It sounds like you're expecting an "all or none" state when something breaks. Breakage can, in fact, mean that some but not all functions are broken.
Take the iPhone to an Apple Store or Authorized Apple Service Center. Let them assess it and advise you how to proceed.
