Galileo GPS Technology on newer iPhones

When will the full capabilities of the new Galileo GPS technology be available for use on the newest iPhone devices?
iPhone 8 Plus
Probably when the full Galileo satellite constellation is in orbit and running, sometime in 2020. Note that unlike GPS and GLONASS full 1 meter resolution Galileo will only be available to commercial subscribers for a fee. The iPhone 8 and later also support QZSS extension to GPS in Japan.
