Hi, for many many years I've run a Mail rule that "Redirects" certain emails to another email address, suddenly it has stopped working - it just doesn't redirect these emails any longer. I have changed the "Redirect" to "Forward" in the rule which forwards some emails but not all - but forward is not what I want - I want the original email. What's changed? How do I get back to being able to "Redirect" my emails? - John.

Have you tried deleting the rule and then creating it again?
Try going to iCloud.com/Mail, click the gear at the bottom left, and select Rules. Try setting the rules there to see if the redirect works.
If that rule is the only one you are having problems with, just create that rule at iCloud.com/Mail. If the others are working in Mail, you don't need a copy at iCloud.com/Mail.
Thanks for the suggestion - I have now tried that but it has not improved he situation.
My email provider is Apple - I'm using Apple Mail rules.
Problem with that is that I have a number of rules so I would need to transfer them all to iCloud as the problem rule is the last one!
The operation of the last rule depends on all the others having been already completed.
You are welcome. Have you looked on your email provider's web site to see if you can set up what you want done?
