cannot hear sound in iTunes on Windows 10 machine
I cannot hear sound from speakers using iTunes on a Windows 10 machines.
I CAN hear sound from the same song, if I go to the drive where the song is and play with Windows Media Player or Groove Music, so I know the speakers are OK.
I have tried in iTunes to to Edit / Preferences / PlayBack / Play Audio Using: Direct Sound (have also tried Windows Audio Session) - but nothing works.
I have quit iTunes and restarted after trying these.
I have tried to logout of my iTunes account, and then shut down, restart and log back in.
I have rebooted my computer several times.
Help!
